Eggless waffles

A delight for breakfast or weekend brunch!


10 oz (280 g) all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons of sugar

450 ml milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons butter, melted


In a bowl, combine the dry substances: flour, baking powder, and sugar.

Add the remaining substances: milk, vegetable oil, water, vanilla, and melted butter.

Beat till the dough is combined, it is going to be somewhat lumpy.

Spray waffle maker with nonstick spray. Pour in sufficient batter and cook dinner for about 3 to 4 minutes, per the instructions in your waffle iron.

Serve heat and sprinkle with icing sugar (or every other dressing you want).

Hmm… good for a weekend!
