Once I really feel depressed, there are some things I love to do to assist me relaxation and rebuild:

1- be in nature

2- Keep nonetheless / breathe / pray

3- Learn or write

4- sing or dance

5- Teas / incense / masks

6- train

And if all these items fail, what I like probably the most is placing all the things on pause and

7- Take a nap 😴
